Eoin Colfer is the author of the Artemis Fowl collection of novels. He has also contributed to Douglas Adams' The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy collection with novel number six. For Doctor Who, he wrote a short story, A Big Hand for the Doctor as part of the 50th Anniversary celebration.
